About the Artist: A folk/indie group originating in Portland, Oregon, Blind Pilot released their debut album "3 Rounds and a Sound" in 2008, and has since released one other full album ("We Are the Tide"-2011). What started out as musical duo has since turned into a group consisting of Israel Nebeker (vocals/guitar), Ryan Dobrowski (drums/percussion), Luke Ydstie (upright bass/bass guitar/backing vocals), Kati Claborn (banjo/mountain dulcimer/ukulele/backing vocals), Dave Jorgensen (trumpet/keyboard), and Ian Krist (vibraphone). With strong folk influences and a unique array of musical instruments lending a hand, Blind Pilot has successfully created a sound that is wholly theirs and theirs alone.
